DiagnoHouse (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates a diagnostic aggregation platform in Pune, connecting patients with accredited 3T MRI centres, CT scan facilities, ultrasound clinics, and NABL pathology laboratories. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, use, and safeguard your personal and medical information when you visit our website, book diagnostic scans, or submit prescriptions.

2. Information We Collect

• Personal Identifiers: Name, mobile phone number, email address, home address (for home blood collection), and emergency contact details.
• Medical Information: Doctor prescriptions, requested diagnostic tests, clinical notes submitted for price quoting, and past booking history.
• Payment Information: Transaction IDs, payment mode (UPI, card, at-centre), and billing records processed securely via Razorpay (we do not store credit card numbers or UPI PINs).
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser information, and referral URLs via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely for facilitating high-quality diagnostic services:

• Routing your booking to the accredited partner diagnostic centre nearest to your location.
• Sending booking confirmations, preparation instructions, and digital report download links via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.
• Dispatching certified phlebotomists for home blood sample collection.
• Processing refunds and responding to patient helpline enquiries.
• Improving website performance and diagnostic service quality.

4. Sharing Information With Accredited Partner Centres

To fulfill your scan or test booking, we share necessary patient details (name, test requested, contact number, appointment time) exclusively with the specific NABL lab or imaging centre fulfilling your appointment. All our network partner centres operate under strict patient confidentiality agreements compliant with Indian medical ethics standards.

We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal or medical data to third-party advertisers or insurance aggregators.

5. Data Security & Encryption

Your data is transmitted over 256-bit SSL encrypted connections and stored securely in Cloud Firestore with strict access control rules. Digital test reports sent over WhatsApp use official WhatsApp Business encrypted channels.

6. Patient Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to request a copy of your stored booking data, update incorrect phone numbers, or request the deletion of your account records. To exercise these rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, contact our privacy officer at privacy@diagnohouse.com.
